\u5728\u4e3b\u6743\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u5168\u7403\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d\uff0c\u53c2\u4e0e\u56fd\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b<\/span>\u9677\u9631<\/span>\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6<\/span>\u84c4\u610f<\/span>\u8bbe\u7f6e\u7684\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd<\/span>\u5728<\/span>\u56fd\u5bb6<\/span>\u95f4\u4e92\u52a8<\/span>\u7684\u610f\u5916\u4e8b\u4ef6<\/span>\u4e2d<\/span>\u51fa\u73b0\u3002<\/span><\/strong>\u5728\u9677\u5165\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u56fd\u5bb6\u53d8\u5f97\u5bf9\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u6279\u8bc4\u6301\u5f00\u653e\u6001\u5ea6\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6279\u8bc4\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u5408\u6cd5\u6027\u3001\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u548c\u6743\u529b\u7684\u4e27\u5931\u3002\u84c4\u610f\u7684\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6<\/span>\u884c\u4e3a\u4f53<\/span>\u6216\u975e\u56fd\u5bb6\u884c\u4e3a<\/span>\u4f53<\/span>\u4f01\u56fe\u8bf1\u4f7f\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8<\/span>\uff0c\u800c\u540e\u8005\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u5c06<\/span>\u4e0e\u5168\u7403\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u6216\u591a\u4e2a\u57fa\u672c\u51c6\u5219\u76f8\u62b5\u89e6\u3002<\/span>\u5728\u5404\u56fd\u7684\u5168\u7403\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d\uff0c\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\u662f\u653f\u6cbb\u51b2\u7a81\u4e2d\u5f31\u52bf\u884c\u4e3a<\/span>\u4f53<\/span>\u666e\u904d\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u5b83<\/span>\u662f<\/span>\u7528\u6765<\/span>\u5e94\u5bf9<\/span>\u90a3\u4e9b\u58f0\u79f0\u5728\u5168\u7403\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d<\/span>\u5360\u636e<\/span>\u9053\u5fb7<\/span>\u9ad8\u5730<\/span>\u7684\u884c\u4e3a<\/span>\u4f53\u7684\u6700\u6709\u6548\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/span><\/strong>\u901a\u8fc7<\/span>\u4ed6\u4eec<\/span>\u81ea\u8eab<\/span>\u884c\u4e3a\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0e<\/span>\u5176\u6807\u699c\u7684<\/span>\u6838\u5fc3<\/span>\u9053\u5fb7<\/span>\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2<\/span>\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u77db\u76fe<\/span>\uff0c<\/span>\u6765\u66b4\u9732<\/span>\u8fd9\u4e9b\u884c\u4e3a<\/span>\u4f53<\/span>\u7684<\/span>\u672c\u8272\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u9053\u5fb7<\/span>\u9677\u9631\u662f\u4e0d\u5bf9\u79f0<\/span>\u51b2\u7a81<\/span>\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a81\u51fa\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u5728<\/span>\u4ee5\u5f80<\/span>\u6587\u732e\u4e2d\u5e76\u672a\u5f97\u5230<\/span>\u5145\u5206\u7684<\/span>\u8bf4\u660e\u3002<\/span>\u4f5c\u8005<\/span>\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e86<\/span>\u8bbe\u7f6e<\/span>\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u4ee5\u53ca<\/span>\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\u88ab<\/span>\u5229\u7528\u7684\u5168\u7403\u5b9e\u8df5<\/span>\uff0c\u5c06<\/span>\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631<\/span>\u4e0e<\/span>\u5176\u4ed6\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u9677\u9631\u4ee5\u53ca\u5916\u4ea4\u653f\u7b56\u5e72\u9884\u548c\u5347\u7ea7<\/span>\u533a\u522b\u5f00\u6765<\/span>\u3002\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\u6709\u65f6\u662f\u81ea\u6211<\/span>\u65bd<\/span>\u52a0\u7684\u3002\u56fd<\/span>\u5bb6\u884c\u4e3a<\/span>\u53ef\u80fd<\/span>\u56e0\u6b64\u53d7\u9650\uff0c<\/span>\u9002\u5f97\u5176\u53cd\u843d\u5165\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\uff0c<\/span>\u800c<\/span>\u540e\u88ab\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u5bb6\u5229\u7528\u3002<\/span>\u672c\u6587<\/span>\u628a\u91cd\u70b9\u653e\u5728<\/span>\u84c4<\/span>\u610f<\/span>\u8bbe\u7f6e<\/span>\u7684\u9677\u9631\u4e0a\u3002<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u8005<\/span>\u8ba8\u8bba\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u653e\u5728\u5317\u7231\u5c14\u5170\u3001\u52a0\u6c99\u548c\u5b5f\u4e70\u3002<\/span><\/strong>\u672c\u6587<\/span>\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e86\u56db\u4e2a\u6210\u529f\u7684\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\uff1a<\/span>\u5317\u7f8e<\/span>\u6b96\u6c11\u5730\uff0c\u897f\u73ed\u7259\uff0c\u5317\u7231\u5c14\u5170\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1<\/span>\u53d1\u751f\u7684<\/span>\u5728\u52a0\u6c99\u3002<\/span>\u5176\u4e2d\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8ba8\u4e86<\/span>\u4e24\u4e2a<\/span>\u672a\u6210\u529f\u7684<\/span>\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631<\/span>\u6848\u4f8b<\/span>\uff1a<\/span>2008\u5e74\u5b5f\u4e70\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u6050\u6016\u88ad\u51fb\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f0a\u65af\u5170\u56fd(ISIS)<\/span>\u4f01\u56fe<\/span>\u5229\u7528\u65a9\u9996\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u66b4\u884c\u5f15\u8bf1\u7f8e\u56fd\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u897f\u65b9\u5927\u56fd\u5411\u53d9\u5229\u4e9a\u51b2\u7a81\u6d3e\u9063\u5730\u9762\u90e8\u961f\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u3002\u6700\u540e\uff0c<\/span>\u4f5c\u8005<\/span>\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u5173\u4e8e\u4f55\u65f6\u53ef\u80fd\u8bbe\u7f6e\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\u3001\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9677\u9631\u53ef\u80fd\u6210\u529f\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4ee5\u53ca\u884c\u4e3a\u8005\u5982\u4f55\u9632\u8303\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9677\u9631\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u3002\u9053\u5fb7\u9677\u9631\u5728\u672a\u6765\u66f4\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u751f\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a<\/span>\u76f8\u6bd4\u4ee5\u5f80\uff0c<\/span>\u6218\u540e\u56fd\u9645\u51c6\u5219\u7684\u6f14\u53d8\u4f7f\u5404\u56fd<\/span>\u5bf9<\/span>\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u6807\u51c6\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002\u5a92\u4f53\u7684\u4f20\u64ad\u4e5f\u4e3a\u8bb0\u5f55\u548c\u5ba3\u4f20<\/span>\u8fdd\u80cc\u9053\u5fb7\u7684<\/span>\u884c\u4e3a\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4fbf\u5229\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n
